1) Eons ago, I led a Tabletop RPG based on Megaman. I needed an NPC to represent m'self, and since I always was a huge fan of Sting ...

2) I needed representation in my newly-found Megaman Team.

3) Well, at very first the guy was a Ghoul from Fallout. After evolution, though, he became a regular guy.
And of course, he became Quint.

4) That guy is me, in more ways than one could expect. French, sometimes disoriented, Gundam fan... me in a nutshell.

5) Maybe the Business of War - if I ever had to regret it.

I'll talk of an already favourite of mine, Flakmaster. He still has to appear, but... exclusivity.

1) He's a Transformer squad leader, whose altmode is a Hydra Anti-Air Tank. Put two and two together, and you'll see I'm no better than Hasbro at this game.
2) The 'Maniacs "Design a Villain" contest. I pulled him back for Essiguf Repmet at the last time minute - and for the better, I guess.
3)Even though he has a monocle, the German accent came in AFTER his creation. It's a fault of bon goût.
Also, his crew has evolved over time. Originally, he had a second-in-command, who turned in a Leman Russ Battle Tank, and half-a-dozen of drones who turned into Chimera Transport Tanks. He went quite a way from this.
4) Basicall, he leads a variation on the Combaticons' origin (war criminals put together for serving back in the 'Cons' ranks), all with BIG GUNS.
Also, he kinda looks like (Animated) Blitzwing's sane cousin. But they're unrelated.
5) Not yet. He still has to appear, remember ?
